From GRAN HOTEL CALLAO we work thinking about the safety and well-being of our clients which is why we ask you for your cooperation and commitment to respect the following special rules of coexistence and prevention mesaures for COVID-19 contagion

 

 

Coexistence rules and preventive measures against COVID-19

 

  • Use the internal face of the elbow to cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing or use a disposable tissue and clean your hands after.
  • Please clean your hands often, particularly to access common areas such as restaurant, bar or swimming pool area. You will find hand soap and sanitizing gel in strategic points of our facilities.
  • Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes in common areas. Avoid physical contact such as kissing and hugging when greeting someone.
  • Use the bins with lids that are located in strategic points of our facilities.
  • Respect social distance with people out of your family or cohabitation, keep a safe distance on any costumers service points such as reception, bars and restaurant.
  • Respect the limited capacity stablished in toilets and common areas.
  • You must respect and follow or the guidelines on the signs such as safety distance, entry and exit point or routes.
  • You shall not stay in your room during cleaning, repairs or maintenance services.
  • If you show any symptoms of COVID-19, please inform reception immediately and self-isolate in your room and wait for guidelines.
  • Breakfast Service: there are two mealtimes stablished, the first will be from 8:00 to 9:00 and the second from 9:15 to 10:15. (You must book in advance, subject to availability).
  • Lunch Service: there are two mealtimes stablished, the first will be from 12:30 to 13:30 and the second from 13:45 to 14:30. (You must book in advance, subject to availability).
  • Dinner Service: there are two mealtimes stablished, the first will be from 18:30 to 19:30 and the second from 19:45 to 21:00. (You must book in advance, subject to availability).
  • Swimming pool Service: a safety distance between hammocks at ee, has been stablished please do not move them. At your arrival we will provide a number with the area assigned for you and your companions in the pool area, this area is exclusively for your enjoyment, please remember to follow our staff guidelines at all time.
  • Restaurant Service: at your arrival we will assigned exclusively for you and your companions a table number that you will enjoy during your stay, the mealtime must be requested in advance and it will be assigned upon availability.
  • Gymnasium: to enjoy the gym facilities you must simply book at the reception of the Spa.
  • Spa facilities and services: if you widh to enjoy the hot water circuit as well as the cosmetic treatment and massages you must make your reservation at the reception ot he spa. The Roman thermal bath, the steam bath and the relaxation lounge will remain close due to COVID-19 until further notice.
  • SPORTS: golf, tenis paddle and squash must be booked and pay in advance at the reception of the hotel.
  • Due to the OMS declarations of increased risk and transmission of covid - 19 with tobacco, we recommend avoiding smoking in the pool area, also remembering that in the rest of the common areas there was already a ban on smoking.
